Cancellation Policy

For regular physiotherapy sessions: 

If you need to cancel a session, you must give 24-hour notice. Failure to do so may result in a 50% cancellation charge. To avoid the cancellation charge, you may:

• Reschedule within 7 days.

• Book a telehealth appointment.

• Use the time for report writing or plan development.

For intensive physiotherapy sessions: 

Due to the nature of intensives and their bookings, Please understand that the longer the notice, the easier it will be for another person to book into that slot.

• 4 Weeks’ Notice: If you need to cancel your intensive therapy block, please provide minimum 4 weeks' notice. There will be no cancellation charges.

• Late Cancellations: If possible, please try not to cancel with less than 4 weeks' notice. I will try to rebook your spot so there will be no cancellation charges.

• Cancellations during the intensive: If you cancel a session during or between the intensive therapy block you will be charged 50% of the session fee for any missed sessions that cannot be rescheduled. If I can accommodate a makeup session after the therapy block, the full session fee will apply, but the missed session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
